关于课程考试违规作弊的说明
1、提交文件中涉嫌抄袭内容（包括抄袭网上、书籍、报刊杂志及其他已有论文），带有明显外校标记，不符合学院要求或学生本人情况，或存在查明出处的内容或其他可疑字样者，判为抄袭，成绩为“0”。
2、两人或两人以上答题内容或用语有50%以上相同者判为雷同，成绩为“0”。
3、所提交试卷或材料没有对老师题目进行作答或提交内容与该课程要求完全不相干者，认定为“白卷”或“错卷”，成绩为“0”。

翻译题1个，每题20分。写作题4个，每题20分，每篇字数不少于120词，共计80分。注意：A卷由学号为单号的考生完成。

Part I Translation
下文是2017年政府工作报告中的重要内容，请翻译成中文。
1. Effectively strengthening environmental protection, we will make our skies blue again.
2. We need to be clear that housing is for people to live in, and local governments should take primary responsibility in this respect. We should move faster to establish robust long-term mechanism for promoting the steady and sound development of the real estate sector, with multiple levels of demand being met primarily by the market,
3. We will increase information consumption including digital homes and online learning.
4. This year, we will do more to increase broadband speed and lower rates for Internet services. Mobile rates for domestic roaming and long-distance calls will be canceled; rates for broadband services for small and medium enterprises will be slashed; and rates for international calls will be lowered. We will push forward with the Internet Plus action plan and speed up the development of the digital economy.
5. We will improve tourist facilities and services, and make a big push to develop rural tourism, recreational tourism, and all-for-one tourism.
